I agree that all photographs, films, videotape and other publicity materials resulting from my association with, and participation, in the Kentucky State Fair will become the property of KENTUCKY STATE FAIR BOARD to be used in the future as the Board sees fit without compensation to me.
I hold harmless, the KENTUCKY STATE FAIR BOARD and their agents, servants and employees against all claims or demands arising or resulting from my participation in the Kentucky State Fair.
Without limitations, the KENTUCKY STATE FAIR BOARD shall not be responsible for any damages to property, equipment and/or instruments, costumes, bodily injury, sickness, mental anguish, or death from any cause in conjunction with the Kentucky State Fair.
